Tales of Pirates T-shirt design contest

This is my entry for the T-shirt contest held by IGG. I wanted to base it on the color scheme of the Noir skin GUI with slight changes. Along with some propaganda i made up for that extra appeal. If i win first prize i will work on releasing TOP noir skin v0.7 as a public release so be sure to vote for it in the TOP forums. Hah!

Although it is uploaded here first i won't submit it to the contest forums until Thursday so that it doesn't give enough time for people with the knack for imitating my ideas...
